What is YooDok?

The very first self-service wellness centre - the only place where you are your own doktor. You choose your preferred healing modalities, rent the equipment on site, and sometimes get expert support from our network to work on your body.

Do I need to have medical experience?

No, but basic knowledge helps. Bad decisions and ignorance go hand-in-hand, and more knowledge usually results in better decisions. As much as possible, upskill yourself - and use our community to help you do just that. Some facilities offer assistance or tutorials. Our resources page is a great place to start. Our broad network of experts (including genuinely good doctors and some fantastic fascia massage therapists) is always available when you feel the need for a second opinion.

Is there someone on-site to help if I get stuck?

All our bio-resonance operators and microscopists have a working knowledge of cellular biology, and our vast network of health professionals ensure that the right support is never far away.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
It's more what not to bring - if you're going to rent the bio-resonance machine, it's best to remove your jewellery in the comfort of your home before visiting us.

What’s included in the rental?

Typically includes the space, an operator, use of the desired equipment, safety equipment, consumables like cleaning materials etc. and the disposal of these items as well.

Can I rent specialty equipment (e.g., fat loss machines, detox saunas)?

Yes, some locations have specialty equipment available for hire.

Do you have comprehensive diagnostic machinery or just "wellness" machinery?

The bio-resonance machine developed by the Institute of Psychophysics is the primary machine people hire for diagnostic purposes. We also have a smorgasbord of non invasive machines to detect different health challenges available for hire - a smorgasbord that we keep adding to and offering to you as we validate them. Our most recent win is the capillaryscope - a little machine that gives insight into clotting in your blood.

Can I bring a friend to support me?
Absolutely.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, reservations are highly recommended if you prefer to avoid waiting.

How much does it cost per hour?

Rates vary depending on your chosen equipment.

What are your hours of operation?

Depends on the specific YooDok site - check if they offer late-nights or weekend hours. Some do!

Do I need to wear safety gear?

Only with the LLLT - it's not powerful enough to damage your eyes when used appropriately, but precautions are always a good idea. In this case, it would be tinted glasses.

Is there insurance or liability coverage if something goes wrong?

You sign a disclaimer acknowledging you’re responsible for yourself and your health at every YooDok site (and hopefully outside of them too!)

What happens if I damage your tools or equipment?

You may be responsible for replacement or repair costs - check the facility’s policy. Our equipment is robust and our community hasn't had any incidents to date,

Can I buy products and supplements through you?

Absolutely - we don't have a full range yet unfortunately as we are extremely picky. The products we stock have been checked both under a microscope and by our community for purity and efficacy.

Do you offer memberships or discounts for frequent users?

Absolutely! Some locations offer monthly plans, senior citizen discounts, and student discounts.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept eftpos, bank transfers and cash as our primary forms of payment. We also give exchanges for those that volunteer time to help us serve our wider community, or donate quality foods to help us to do that.
