What do you mean, "Licensing"?

When we started YooDok, we had the vision of anyone, anywhere, being able to access all the equipment, information and community that we had built in New Zealand.

Our first thought was to sell franchises, but then we saw just how restrictive and onerous it was for the franchisee, and how much the legal costs were. Instead, we decided to “license” the name to people so we can keep the upfront costs low. For example, they pay a monthly fee to use the YooDok name, and as a result we are able to provide them with all the equipment we use, share their location with our network and keep them up to date with all our research.

Eventually, the goal is for our research team to be 100% focused on the research, with the licensees 100% responsible for using this research to serve the public.

Who can be a licensee?

We would prefer that you are a functional doctor, a naturopath, an integrated medicine practitioner, a former nurse etc (we will need references from your patients). Having said that, we are by no means excluding anyone from being a YooDok licensee (but we are NOT saying that everyone can be a licensee either).

We are looking for conscientious, sensible people who are responsive to peoples' needs, and respect that people have the freedom to make their own choices. If you have a background in science (you don't need the BSc - Cambridge A2s with A*s or equivalent would be adequate) it would certainly help. And! Most importantly - you recognise that your function is simply to share information and share machines - whether it be pointing your clients to well researched resources that are backed up by valid scientific data (like our resources page), by keeping studies and reading material at your YooDok site, or helping the technically challenged navigate the datasets of the bioresonance machine.

What Equipment do you have available for licensees?

Some equipment is exclusive to Licensees due to the time we need to invest into the operators to make their purchase worthwhile. We also restrict some equipment to medical professionals due to the need for a  higher standard of care - a training that we at YooDok would prefer not to be responsible for providing (eg. the blood analysis machine needs a phlebotomist at the moment). We make these restrictions regardless of the law in your area, because it's what we think is the right way forward. In the circumstance that your local medical standard is very low, we have a broad network and will facilitate for your chosen staff to get training to a standard we consider suitable (this may involve travel and visas etc).

Licensees also have the benefit of being the very first ones to get new machines as we continue to develop new technologies from our research.

We currently have:

- LLLT (ranging from NZ$3800 up to NZ$35,000, the largest and most powerful is licensee only)

- the bio resonance machines (NZ$6500 to NZ$9500, YooDok 2.0 is for licensees only)

- capillaryscope ($NZ650)

- skinscope (NZ$650)

- infrared sauna single user tent (NZ$950)

We currently have underway:

- a bio resonance machine for animals

- a hydrogen breath testing machine

- a blood analysis machine (for medical/nursing licensees only)

- two fat burning machines (licensees only)

- multiple different frequency based machines

The function of each is to provide the client with the tools needed to be able to effectively “doktor” themselves. For example, the blood analysis machine will give them information about hormones, haemoglobin levels, inflammation markers etc. This information can be cross referenced with the bio resonance machines as an example. These are more affordable, less invasive tests that can be done in conjunction with conventional systems to further reduce uncertainty.

The capillaryscope (a mainstream tool) is used to again check for signs of disease and inflammation, with the shape of the capillaries correlating with different diseases. The capillary scope is also perfect for illustrating just how well the lasers work - they will be able to see, live, their blood zooming around post laser.

The skin scope is perfect for opening up the conversation about modern toxins - they have different light settings, and one setting makes a certain modern toxin fluoresce. “What’s that?” Is almost always the question, leaving your YooDok operator the opportunity to open a can of worms about the sorry state of our environment and the nonsense that passes for food these days (or to quietly move on if the occasion doesn't allow).

Do I have to buy everything? Can I start with just one?

Licensees can choose whatever equipment they want, but to make sure it’s a substantial offering they will need at least one laser, a bio resonance machine and a capillaryscope.

What kind of support do I get?

A direct phone line and email contact with us here in NZ, and later on we will have monthly zoom/telegram calls so we can update everyone on our research and we can hear how things are going with what our licensees are seeing in the public health-wise.

Licensees will be able to put up the YooDok sign, and will be able to access the supplements etc that our research team has tested under a microscope to be suitable and subsequently has a supply agreement with. We obsessively check the quality of the supplements so sometimes a product is removed and another added etc.

They will get a template website to copy along with the logo files to build their website.
